Savvy DTF is operated by Savvy Custom Tees, 1829 4th Street, Peru, IL 61354. By placing an order you agree to these terms. ARTWORK AND RIGHTS You are responsible for the artwork you upload. By ordering, you confirm that you own the design or have permission to reproduce it. We will not knowingly print copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization and may cancel any order we believe infringes someone else's rights. You agree to hold Savvy DTF harmless from any claims arising from artwork you supply. PRINTED AS SUBMITTED Transfers are printed exactly as uploaded. We do not proofread, correct spelling, remove backgrounds, or fix low-resolution images unless you have arranged that with us in advance. For best results, upload high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI) with transparent backgrounds at the exact size you want printed. COLOR Colors may look different on screen than in print. Monitors vary, and DTF ink on film will not exactly match every screen, Pantone, or previous order. Exact color matching is not guaranteed. PRICING AND PAYMENT Prices are shown at checkout and include any turn-time surcharge. Illinois sales tax is added where required. Payment is due in full when the order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrect price due to a site error. TURN TIMES Turn times are counted in business days and begin once the order is placed and paid. Orders placed at or after 2:00 PM Central time begin the next business day. Turn times are production estimates, not guarantees, but we work hard to meet them. APPLICATION Our transfers are tested with our recommended press settings. Ask us for them if you do not have them. Results depend on your heat press, garment, and technique. We are not responsible for garments damaged during pressing or for transfers applied without following the instructions. Always test-press one piece before running a full order.
